SHIPPING TIMES:
HANDMADE ITEMS typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase and will be tracked using USPS standard shipping time.
ART and STICKERS shipping times are based on PRINTFUL's time frame due to the on-demand printing process. The Bohemian Butterfly has no control over the printing process or shipping process.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter any issues with your product, feel free to email us, and we will do our best to correct any mistakes or damages that may have occurred during shipping. If we can't resolve the issue, you may be eligible for an exchange depending on the situation. To report a damage, please send us photos and your receipt within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide a return shipping label to assist you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
